- Navigate to Supply Chain section.
- After, click on "Digital IDs".
- Click here to open the drop down bar so you can choose the supplier.
- Select the supplier you want the assessment to be sent to.
- Next, select the Purchase order you want. You can select more than one by clicking the checkboxes next to each purchase order.
- Next, click on "Actions".
- Then, click on "Start Trace" to begin creating the assessment.
- Choose the desired Assessment template from the dropdown bar.
- Click the Emails section and choose emails you want the assessment to be sent to.
- Optional, you can choose the Due date for your assessment from the calendar to set deadline expectations.
- Confirm by clicking on "Select".
- Click on "Continue" to create the assessment with selected details.
- Once reviewed, click "Submit" to finalize and send the assessment.
- The supplier receives the email with links to complete the assessments.
- This is your assessment dashboard, where assessments are grouped by status: New, In Progress, and Ready to Review. Rejected assessments stay under In Progress, marked with a red flag, hover over it to see the rejection reason and how many times it was sent back. Use the "Due soon" and "Overdue" chips to quickly spot assessments that need attention. When a supplier resubmits, the assessment moves to Ready to Review for your final approval.
- The assessments cards as well as their filters are clickable.
- Once you click the "New" card, all the new assessments will appear in the list. The "New" status represents all the assessments that have been sent to your supplier but haven't been opened yet.
- Click the "Overdue" tag to view overdue assessments.
- You can see there is one assessment that has an overdue date.
- You can repeat the process for the filter "Due soon".
- When you click the "In Progress" card, only assessments with "In Progress" status will appear on the list.
- When the "Rejected" filter is selected, the list shows all the assessments that have been rejected. Hovering over the red triangle shows the rejection reason, if specified; the number next to the triangle represents how many times the assessment form was rejected.
- Once the supplier submits the assessment, it appears in the list with the status "Ready to Review," and you can click it to open it.
- The left panel displays the response status and affected products.
- Click the Start review button to begin the assessment validation process.
- If all questions look good and are correct, click "Accept all in section" to accept both questions.
- Click the right arrow to navigate to the next section of questions.
- If everything looks good, you can again click "Accept all in section".
- If any of the questions are not populated correctly, you can reject that single question by clicking the X.
- From here, enter your detailed rejection reason in the text field.
- Now, click the Reject button to save your rejection of this manufacturing facility question.
- If another question in this section is correct, you can single accept this question by clicking on the check button.
- Since one question was rejected, the whole assessment needs to be rejected so the supplier receives an email with the rejected question to fill out correctly.
- Enter a general rejection reason for this assessment form so they see the rejection text in the email when they open it.
- This is the email your supplier will receive once the assessment form is rejected. They'll be able to open the assessment form again and edit only the rejected question, the rest cannot be edited, since you accepted it.
- In order to proceed, your suppliers will open the assessment form link.
- They will review the rejection reason highlighting the incorrect manufacturing facility address, so they know what they need to fill out again.
- They will navigate to the rejected product for correction.
- They will select the new manufacturing address that is correct or add a new one if the correct address is not listed.
- They will click the Next button to proceed to the next section of the assessment in order to submit this form again.
- They will click the Submit button to finalize and send the completed assessment.
- Now in Brand Cloud you'll see that this form has been submitted again and is Ready for Review (with a note that it was rejected one time).
- Click the Start review button to begin reviewing this assessment.
- Next, click on the Vesper twill top product to review its assessment details.
- Click on the section that has a rejected question.
- Review this question, and once you've double-checked that the manufacturing facility is now correct, you can accept the question.
- Click the Accept button to finalize and approve the assessment review.
- From here, click Accept to confirm and populate traceability data in the platform.
- Once you've accepted the supplier assessment form, they will receive the acceptance email.
- After that, click Assessments to view the list of all assessment records.
- Navigate to Archive to find accepted assessments.
- This is the latest assessment that has been accepted. You can click on it to access the information.
- You can also navigate to the Citadel Production supplier and view the assessment information from the supplier profile.
- Click the Assessments tab to see all the assessments that have been sent to this supplier.
- In this list you can see all the assessments and their statuses.
- From the assessment you can also navigate to the exact batch that the assessment is connected/sent for.
- Review the Purchase Order Lines if needed.
- You can click on any of the products this assessment was populated for and view their data.
- Click Luz twill trousers to view the product assessment details.
- Navigate to any variants and check the data.
- First click the dropdown arrow to access batch selection options and choose the proper batch.
- Navigate to the BOM section and check the data. Indeed the data is populated from the assessment.
- Navigate to the Traceability section and validate the traceability steps. The steps are indeed populated from the assessment.
