Filter and Save Assessment Views

Filter assessments by supplier, status, template, or collection, then save the filter as a Private or Workspace view so you can jump back to it anytime.

  1. Navigate to Trace.
  2. Click on Assessments.
  3. For example: you can click the dropdown to filter assessments by different suppliers.
  4. After that, select the desired supplier from the dropdown list to filter assessments by that supplier. You can also select multiple suppliers at once if you'd like your filter to include more of them.
  5. Then, click on "All" to select and filter assessments by status category.
  6. For example, if you want to track Trace assessments for the previously selected supplier, select "Trace - Tier 1 & 2".
  7. The filter will find all Trace assessments sent to the Citadel Production supplier and give you a list of those.
  8. Click Save view to save your current assessment filter.
  9. Give it an understandable name so that you can easily navigate between filters later on.
  10. You can choose whether this view should be Private (visible only to you) or Workspace (visible to all your colleagues).
  11. Click the Save view button.
  12. For example, you could also create a filter for collections by selecting the desired collections.
  13. This filter will give you a list of all assessments that include products from the selected collections. You can save this filter as well, as shown before.
