Component names follow the supplier's language

When a supplier working in another language picks a translated component name — Italian Principale for Main, say — it links to the existing component instead of creating a new one.

The assessment form and Copy BOM both show component names in the supplier's selected language, so the same part matches and the Copy BOM review reads “Replaces your …” rather than adding it as new. Switching language inside an assessment saves the current draft and reloads the component names in the new language.

A name with no translation in the selected language falls back to English. A name typed by hand that matches no existing name or translation still creates a new entry.

Duplicates created earlier are not merged automatically. Check Settings → Configuration → Component Names for the same part listed twice in two languages, remove the duplicate, and add that name as a translation of the original — otherwise Copy BOM keeps treating them as two parts.
