Certificate fields auto-filled from the uploaded PDF

Uploading a certificate PDF pre-fills its name, issuer, and issue and expiry dates, so the details are reviewed rather than typed off the document.

While the document is read, a spinner covers the fields; when it finishes, an “Autofilled from certificate — please review” note appears. All fields stay fully editable.

Uploading a different file refreshes them, removing the file clears the auto-filled values, and anything typed by hand is always kept.

Reading works across languages and certificate types — product and material standards, factory and site certificates, environmental, health-and-safety, and social audits. It fills those four fields; category is chosen manually.

This covers three upload points: the admin certificate library, attaching a material certificate in an assessment, and answering a certificate question. Reading is best-effort — if a document cannot be read, the fields stay blank and are filled in by hand, with no error or blocking.
