Set Up Traceability Process Steps

Create the named process steps (with icons) that show up when mapping a product's supply chain journey.

  1. To begin, click the Settings option in the left sidebar to access your account settings.
  2. Next, click Configuration to access system configuration settings.
  3. Click the Traceability tab to manage traceability processes.
  4. To create a new traceability process, click the Create traceability process button.
  5. Enter a name for the traceability process in the Name field.
  6. Click the icon area to select or upload an icon for the process.
  7. Click the Submit button to save and create the traceability process.
  8. The new traceability process will now appear in the list and can be edited from the menu icon.
  9. Existing traceability processes can also be edited from the menu icon.
  10. Modify the process name or update the icon as needed.
  11. Click the Confirm button to save the spinning process configuration.
  12. In the DPP view, click the Traceability button to view the product's traceability journey.
  13. The Traceability view displays the product journey and process icons.
