Learn how to complete the Questions step, uploading the documents the brand asks for, such as a commercial invoice or packing list as proof of purchase, plus any optional certificates.

Open the Questions step. This is where the brand asks for documents linked to this specific order.
Click the upload field to add your Commercial Invoice or Packing List.
If the order spans several documents, use + Add more to upload them all.
Upload any fabric certificates linked to this order.
Finally, click Next step to proceed to the final section.
