Complete the Manufacturing Step

Learn how to select a facility, add a new one, and bulk assign across products.

In the Manufacturing step, please tell us where each product on this order was made.
Here you can check which exact Purchase Order this assessment was sent for.
Products that are part of the Purchase Order are listed here. Work through them one by one, or if they share the same Manufacturing Facility, you can select them all and bulk assign the facility.
If they do not share the same facility, start assigning the products one by one. Click on the first product to proceed with assigning its manufacturing facility.
Following that, click the Manufacturing Facility dropdown to select the facility location.
In the dropdown list you will see your subcontractors' manufacturing facilities, if you have entered them before, as well as your own manufacturing facilities. If your desired manufacturing facility is on this list, select it.
If your dropdown list is empty or there is no facility that you want to select, simply click on + Add Manufacturing Facility in order to be able to assign it.
You will be asked if the facility you want to add is your own manufacturing facility. If the answer is yes, simply click Yes to confirm you want to add your own manufacturing facility.
Now, enter the manufacturing facility location in the search field.
Next up, click the Submit button to confirm the manufacturing facility details.
After that, you will see that your newly added manufacturing facility is in the dropdown list and you can select it.
If the manufacturing facility you want to add is not your own, click No.
If you have already created this supplier profile earlier, you will be able to choose it from the dropdown list.
If that's not the case, check the checkbox to confirm the supplier is not yet listed.
After that, populate all the fields in order to submit a new manufacturing supplier.
Then, click the Submit button to confirm and save the manufacturing site information.
This new manufacturing facility is automatically applied here once you have submitted it.
Click on the second product to select it and proceed with adding its manufacturing facility.
Follow the same process as before.
If all the listed products share the same Manufacturing Facility, click Select all to quickly mark them all for bulk selection.
Click Assign facility to apply the same Manufacturing Facility to all selected products.
After that, select a manufacturing facility from the dropdown menu to assign.
Just as before, the dropdown list will show your subcontractors' manufacturing facilities, if you have entered them before, as well as your own manufacturing facilities. If your desired manufacturing facility is on this list, select it.
Click the Confirm button to assign the manufacturing facility to all selected products.
If your dropdown list is empty or there is no facility that you want to select, simply click on + Add Manufacturing Facility in order to be able to assign it. Follow the same process as before.
Now that you have bulk assigned the Manufacturing Facility to all products, they will all share the same facility, and you can simply click on each product to double-check that.
