Save a named set of filters on any admin list, keep it to yourself or share it with your whole workspace, and set one as your default so it applies every time you open the page.
Each list page shows a row of view chips. Save view saves the currently applied filters as a named view, or saves an empty one to populate later. A default view applies automatically on open unless the URL already carries filters, which takes precedence.
Chips can be dragged to reorder, and a chip shows an Edited marker when live filters differ from the saved view. A view stores filters, search term and date ranges; it does not store sorting, pagination or the pending/archive tab.
The supplier, collection, product, role and country filters accept several values at once, with labels that pluralise when multiple selection is on. This covers the assessments, digital IDs, products, purchase orders and suppliers lists.
Saved views apply to suppliers, products, assessments, purchase orders, certificates, digital IDs, tickets, integrity issues and users. The feature is opt-in — nothing behaves differently until someone saves a view.
