Suppliers filling in a traceability assessment can open a Help panel with your own guidance for each step, in their own language, without leaving the form.
When a template has help content, a Help button appears in the assessment header. It opens a slide-in panel with a title, subtitle and formatted content — headings, lists, tables, callouts, and embedded YouTube or Vimeo walkthrough videos.
Content is authored per template and per language. The panel follows the language selected in the assessment, and any language left blank falls back to English. The button appears only when the template's help page has content, so a template without it behaves exactly as before.
Help content is entered by our team rather than being self-serve, so send us the copy you want — per-step instructions, an FAQ, optionally a video link — and we'll set it up per template and per language.
