A Hide supplier data toggle on each supplier profile keeps that supplier off public pages. Their name, location and contact details are not visible to consumers.
Suppliers can also mark each listed partner or subcontractor as hidden using a checkbox on their card when filling in an assessment. That preference is visible to admins during review, is applied to the supplier record when the assessment is accepted, and pre-fills from existing supplier data when a new assessment is opened.
Admin and distributor users see all supplier data regardless of the flag.
