Download history for Digital ID exports

A Download history sub-tab under Digital IDs → Batches/Orders lists every Digital ID link export that has been run, so a file someone pulled last week can be retrieved without rebuilding the selection.

Each row is one past export: the date, who ran it, whether it covered Batches/Orders or Products, the identifier type (GTIN, SKU or STYLE), and the batch numbers or product names it contained. A creation date range filter narrows the list.

The download icon on a row rebuilds that export's Excel file under the name it was originally saved as. Ticking rows opens a bar with two actions: Download Digital IDs, which returns one file for a single selection or a zip for several, and Download history log, which returns a CSV listing who downloaded which links and when.

Exports appear in the list as soon as they are run, from both the batch and the product flows. Downloads start from the download icon or the selection bar. This covers Digital ID link exports; other exports across the platform are not listed here.
