The Integrity Issues list has a checkbox on every row, plus a Select all issues checkbox in the header that selects the rows on the current page. Selections carry over between pages, so a batch from one sync run can be cleared in a single action.
Once at least one issue is selected, an action bar appears at the bottom with two options. Acknowledge selected acts on the selected issues that are open. Resolve selected acts on the selected issues that are open or acknowledged, and skips any already resolved.
Each option greys out when nothing in the selection applies to it, with a short note saying why, so it is always clear what an action will and will not touch.
