Accept an assessment while rejecting individual answers

Accept stays available once every item is reviewed, even when some are rejected, so a usable submission can be accepted instead of being sent back over a single bad answer. Each rejected item needs a reason first.

While reviewing, a rejected card states what will be left out — won't be added to the bill of materials or traceability, the certificate won't be linked to materials, or it won't be added to the supplier profile. The accept dialog shows accepted and rejected counts, groups the rejected items under those same headings, and the button reads “Accept with N rejected”.

On accept, rejected manufacturing leaves the manufacturing step out of traceability, rejected components leave their steps and the bill of materials out, rejected packaging is not added, rejected material certificate groups are not linked to materials, and rejected supplier-profile answers such as locations, subcontractors and descriptions are not imported.

The assessment list, the supplier's Assessments tab and the purchase order list and detail all show Accepted with an amber “N rejected” badge; hovering it lists the items and reasons. The Archive tab can filter Accepted into fully accepted or with rejections. The completed assessment shows a card listing each rejected item with its reason.

Suppliers see the assessment as completed, with a read-only list of what was rejected and why, a chip in their portal under past assessments, and the same list in the result email.

Rejecting a whole assessment still works as before: it goes back to the supplier and its data is cleared. If you edit a review and re-accept, data from items that are now rejected is removed — including a product's default bill of materials if the assessment created it, so manual edits made to that bill of materials are lost.

If you use a custom assessment result email template, it won't list rejected items until the template is updated to include the rejected_items variable.
