Welcome to the Supplier Hub

How suppliers sign in to the Supplier Hub, navigate assessments by status (In Progress, Completed, Cancelled), and review their Company Passport: contact details, facilities, subcontracted facilities, certificates, and security & privacy.

Once the assessment is sent to suppliers, they receive an email with the assessment link, which needs to be completed.
Click the Complete the Assessment Form link to access the supplier assessment form.
Once the assessment is opened, navigate to the Supplier Hub in the left corner.
From here, click Go to Supplier Hub to access it.
Enter your email address in the field to access your Supplier Hub account.
You will receive an email with your login code. Copy the login code displayed to complete your authentication.
Paste your login code here and then click the Continue button to verify your magic code and proceed.
Use the Customer dropdown at the top to switch between the brands you work with. Select a customer to view their assessments, company passport, and tasks.
This dashboard shows you the overall overview of all your assessments, how many are still in progress, new, rejected, or under review.
Here you can see all the assessments that are sent to you as a supplier.
By clicking on the status, you can access all the assessments that are In Progress. The same applies to the rest of the statuses.
All assessments that are in progress will appear here.
You can click the Completed tab to view all completed assessments.
You can review all your completed assessments in this view.
Now, click the Cancelled tab to view all cancelled assessments and their details.
From here you can see all the cancelled assessments with their current status and update date.
After that, click on Company Passport to view the complete overview of your contact information, facilities, and certificates, keeping all essential company details organized and easily accessible in one place.
You can review the primary contact details listed under the Contact Information section.
When you navigate to Own Facilities, you can view your organization's facility information and details.
When you navigate to the Subcontracted Facilities tab, you can view supplier production subcontracting details.
When you navigate to the Certificates tab, you can view company certifications and compliance documentation.
Afterwards, click Security & Privacy to review compliance and data protection policies.
