Manage Responsible Buyers for Purchase Orders and Assessments

Learn how to assign responsible buyers to purchase orders, filter your orders and assessments by buyer, and save views for quick access.

Navigate to Supply Chain.
Choose the Batch/Purchase Order you want to assign a Responsible Buyer to, then click the arrow icon to open it.
Click the Responsible Buyer dropdown field to select a buyer for this order.
Select a person as the responsible buyer for this purchase order. Note: only users who have been invited to Brand Cloud can be selected here.
Navigate back to the Digital IDs view.
You can repeat the same process for the rest of your Batches/Orders, so every order has its own Responsible Buyer.
Click the Responsible Buyer dropdown to filter purchase orders by their assigned buyer.
Next up, select a person from the dropdown menu to filter results.
You'll now see only the Batches/Orders assigned to the selected buyer, a quick way for each buyer to focus on their own orders.
To access this view easily later, you can save it. Every time you enter Brand Cloud, you can jump straight to the list you need instead of setting the filter again.
Type the view name.
You can make the view Private (visible only to you) or Workspace (visible to all members in your Brand Cloud).
From here, click the Save view button to store your current filtered view.
The saved view will now appear in the quick filters tabs.
Navigate to Trace section.
Click on Assessment.
You can filter by Responsible Buyer in Trace Assessments as well. This way, each buyer can easily track the assessments sent to suppliers for the Batches/Orders they are responsible for.
Select a person from the dropdown list to apply the filter.
You can save this view the same way as before, so you can access your Trace Assessments more easily.
