Customize an Existing Welcome Page

Update the existing welcome page block, background image, headline, button, colors, fonts, and spacing, and check it renders cleanly on mobile.

  1. Open the newly created experience to begin customizing it for your customer's brand.
  2. Double-click the Welcome preview to open and start editing the Welcome Page.
  3. Select the logo image on the Welcome page to replace it with the logo of the brand you are creating this experience for.
  4. Click the Delete icon to remove the existing logo from the Welcome page.
  5. Click the folder icon to open the media library and upload the logo of the brand.
  6. Click the Upload button to add the brand's logo file from your computer to the media library.
  7. The uploaded logo will appear in the media library and be automatically selected. Close this window to apply it to the Welcome page.
  8. Select the Welcome section to replace the welcome page image.
  9. Click the Delete button to remove the background image from the Welcome Page.
  10. Click the folder icon to open the media library and upload a background image.
  11. Click the Upload button to add the background photo from your computer to the media library.
  12. The uploaded background image will appear in the media library and be automatically selected. Close this window to apply it to the Welcome page.
  13. Click the edit icon to modify the rich text content displayed on this section.
  14. Double-click the text to select and edit it. (The text is currently white, so it may not be visible.)
  15. Click the text color button to change the text color styling.
  16. Select the color you want to apply to the text in your content.
  17. The selected color will now be applied to the text.
  18. Select the call-to-action button to change its color.
  19. Use the color picker to choose a color, or enter a HEX code to customize the call-to-action button icon color.
  20. As the last step, click Save to store all your changes and finalize the Welcome page.
