Analyze Compliance Data

Spot the products that have compliance gaps and identify what needs attention.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard menu item to access the main analytics overview.
  2. Click on Compliance to view compliance data and reporting details.
  3. In the Compliance Dashboard, under the Digital Product Passport tab, you'll find all the dashboards relevant to your product data, such as Essential Product Data and Tier 1 & Tier 2.
  4. Navigate to Supplier tab to review supplier compliance information and data.

  6. Navigate back to the Digital Product Passport tab and click More Details to view compliance information for Essential Product Data.
  7. The compliance percentage shows how much data is populated for your products. If it's below 100%, some data is missing, and the exact products missing information can be found in the Data Errors section.
  8. The Compliant DPPs field shows how many DPPs are fully populated and aren't missing any of the information checked in the Compliance Checks.
  9. The Non-Compliant DPPs field shows how many DPPs are not fully populated and are missing some information.
  10. In the Data Errors section you can find all the products that are missing information.
  11. Data errors can be searched using the filters shown.
  12. Click the dropdown arrow to filter by different error section options and refine your results.
  13. From this dropdown list you can choose the filter you want to apply to the data errors. For example, here Style Number is selected.
  14. Now you can see that only products missing a Style Number appear in the data error list.
  15. Click the chevron arrow to expand and view detailed error information for this product.
  16. You can indeed verify that the Style Number is missing for this product.
  17. Click the X icon to remove the Style Number error filter from results.
