A supplier's Activity Log names who created the profile, so audit questions are answerable at a glance.
A supplier added through the assessment portal shows the assessing supplier's name, linked to their profile, and entries link back to the assessment they came from. Admin-added suppliers record full details in the change history, and entries made by a logged-in user show that user's name as before.
Historical entries created before this change are not backfilled — only entries from here on carry the actor and assessment link.
