Send a supplier a reminder about an outstanding assessment whenever you want to, with an optional personal note — one at a time, or in bulk from the list.
A Send reminder action on a single assessment sends one immediately. In the assessments list, several assessments can be ticked and reminded in one action. A modal offers an optional message added to the email body; for a bulk send, that one message applies to everyone.
Each reminder is recorded in the activity log, and the assessment page shows when the most recent manual reminder was sent.
Reminders apply to assessments that are new, in progress or draft; selecting one in another state skips it and reports back rather than emailing. When several selected assessments belong to the same supplier, that supplier gets one grouped email. The automatic schedule is unchanged and shown separately.
