A digital ID's purchase order is visible on its detail page and can be corrected there, so IDs generated against the wrong order can be put right in Brand Cloud.
The detail page shows a Purchase Order row displaying the order's lot and linking straight through to it. The Actions dropdown offers Assign Purchase Order when the ID has none, and Reassign Purchase Order when it already has one.
It opens a searchable picker; choosing an order and saving links the ID immediately, and clearing the field unassigns it. The picker lists every purchase order, including those not set up for traceability, which is what most print-related orders look like.
One purchase order per digital ID, changed one ID at a time. There is no bulk reassignment, and the consumer-facing digital ID page is unchanged.
