An assessment page shows when its supplier will next be chased, and its activity log carries the full reminder history.
Each scheduled reminder is logged with its recipients and date. The log records the final accept or reject decision rather than every click, and opens from a standalone Activity Log button.
A header status line shows “Next reminder in N days”, “Reminder due today” or “Reminder sent X days ago”. It appears for assessments the scheduler reminds — new, in progress and draft — and is hidden for submitted, completed and cancelled ones.
A privacy improvement ships alongside: the activity log is no longer included in the supplier-facing assessment data, so the reviewing admin's details stay internal.
