A PDF can open inside the passport rather than sending the customer to a new tab. In the editor, set a button's action to Link, upload a PDF, and turn on the Display within app toggle.
The toggle appears for uploaded PDFs. Pasted external links keep opening in a new tab, for two reasons: most websites refuse to be displayed inside another app, and we only embed files hosted on our own storage, so customers always see content you control.
