Adding a facility now takes one location field, which resolves into a confirmation card showing the address, coordinates and a map with a draggable pin, plus Change, Remove and Edit address.
Facilities that cannot be found have a manual address form, checked on submit. Submit stays disabled until a location is provided, so a facility is always saved with one.
Suppliers in mainland China get everything except the map, which cannot load there.
Three data-accuracy fixes ship alongside, and they affect records already saved. Facilities added against a related supplier were stored unmarked, and the assessment answer linked to that supplier's headquarters instead of the facility. Existing records are not corrected — if a supplier reports that a facility shows the head office, this is the cause.
