Narrow the product, digital ID, assessment and purchase order lists by your own product attributes — colour, category, gender, material — so a question like “every assessment for blue products” is a filter rather than an export.
An Attribute filters tab under Settings → Configuration lets you choose which attributes are filterable. Each gets a set of allowed operators — matches any of, matches none of, contains, doesn't contain, starts with, ends with, is filled in, is blank — a default operator, a display label, an on/off status and a drag order.
On the lists themselves, you open a filter drawer and add conditions as pills. A single condition can hold several comma-separated values, and the same attribute can carry several conditions to build combined logic.
A filter also matches a product that takes the attribute from the style it belongs to, so it is found even when the value is not set on the product directly. On the assessment list this covers both product-based and purchase-order assessments.
Nothing shows until an admin enables it. Attribute configuration is admin-only, and supplier, retailer and manufacturer experiences are unchanged.
