Forms with many dropdowns load noticeably faster. The app checks whether a selected value is already available from the dropdown's option list, and where it is not, dropdowns of the same type batch their requests into a single call.
The product traceability tab went from more than ten requests on load down to two or three.
Composition code dropdowns also support scrollable pagination rather than loading everything at once, and the batch and purchase order selector now appears on standalone products too.
