Suppliers can link a certificate to a specific facility themselves while filling in an assessment, so site-level certification arrives with the answer rather than being linked afterwards.
When a supplier uploads a certificate, they choose which facility it belongs to. The dropdown shows both the facilities they are entering in that assessment and the ones already on their profile, so nothing has to be re-typed.
This can be turned on per question, and set as required or optional, when the assessment template is set up. On acceptance, the chosen facility is saved onto the certificate automatically.
Available in all assessment languages, including Chinese and Turkish. A related improvement: the “this field is required” message clears as soon as the field is filled in.
