Two improvements to assessment review. The Accept button becomes available again as soon as a corrected question is re-accepted, so a fixed assessment can be approved without a detour.
Certificates, subcontractors and partners are checked for completeness before submission. On the final submit page, any partially-filled row shows as incomplete in the section panel, listing exactly which fields are missing, and Submit becomes available once they are filled.
Required fields are: for a certificate, the file, name, issuer and issue date, with expiry optional; for a subcontractor or partner, the name, contact emails and headquarters, with facility optional.
